Reviews

A rotten storyline, poorly realised secondary characters, indifferent acting, and what I find especially unforgiveable from Coronation Street, dialogue that sounds as though it was cobbled together in minutes. Avoid!

bought as christmas present for mother she loved it . good for coronation street fans

As a Corrie fan, I obviously didn't want to miss this disk. The Battersbys aren't my favourite characters, but the novelty factor made up for that. Overall, the storyline is quite funny. It's very predictable, but you'd expect that. The problem for me is just the sheer length. Although I appreciate it's advertised as a feature length film, there just doesn't seem to be enough content to spread out over 100+ minutes of footage. While I enjoyed the DVD overall and would recommend a Corrie fan to have a go, in my opinion the whole thing would have been better if it was shortened by about a third.

I really looked forward to this one but oh dear oh dear! Knew it was going to be different, but goodness me where was this idea dreamed up? A really weak story line with totally unbelieveable (and therefore not comic) situations. Sorry people just hope everyone concerned had a good holiday while making it...then everything wasn't a total waste of time. x

The best characters in Corrie! So funny and is a good length to justify the price i paid for it. Any corrie fan will love it!
