ReviewsI love this dvd! It is really good! Great dancing. The dvd is split into 4-5 blocks of different dance moves then they all get put together for the finale! Really easy to follow (for begginners) and good instructions! Good music and good dancing! Much better than Hollyoaks dvd!Highly recommended for the dancing, it's a workout you can look forward to! (I don't say that about many) I bought this dvd and few others to help me get fitter and as I love dancing I thought this would be a good choice. I was right! It really got the blood pumping and the moves aren't that tricky to pick up. i liked combining all the moves at the end into one long routine and felt like i had done a really good workout at the end of it. The stretch and tone dvd is really good too if you're not feeling too energetic. As an avid young Coronation Street fan I first bought this DVD as a joke. However, since using this dvd as a daily exercise routine for the past month I have felt much fitter and more energetic. There is a warm up, four "dancy" sections and a col down section. It is fun and really helps promote weight loss. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone in the under 30 age bracket! The free 30 minute stretch and tone dvd is also useful if you have had a particularly strenuous day! I like this workout. It takes me about 45 minutes to do and at the end of it I definitely feel I've had a good workout, although I'd probably rate myself as being of intermediate fitness only. The format of this workout is a warmup, then four different sections where the three girls and 'Troy the Trainer' run through different routines. Then there are two short sections at the end where they run through all the moves together, followed by a cool down. There aren't any floor exercises, it's a cardio-only type of workout. The dance moves are pretty fun and not to difficult (although unless you're pretty light on your feet, the 'shuffle' move is hard to do - think Michael Jackson). The general feel of the workout is down to earth and relaxed (not too much rah rah hype carry on). I'd recommend this! I've been looking for a good workout video to do in-home that would also help me learn a few dance steps. On impulse I picked this up whilst shopping and gave it ago.I've done a lot of home exercise videos with various levels of skill involved, but I really, really enjoyed myself with this one. It never got too intense, tricky, or aerobic. When they said it would last an hour, I thought, "I'll never make it..!" but it really wasn't that much of a strain.I'm severely un-coordinated and rhythmless, and I was amazed at how much I could pick up on the first go. There are optional sections where you can do the whole routine a few times through, but the steps are reviewed so many times that you'll probably feel game for giving it a go. It was a lot of fun!
