The Daewoo DVD-161S is a Multi Region DVD Player with a Built In PAL to NTSC Video Converter, which will allow playback of any DVD from anywhere in the world on to a US or Canadian NTSC Television.

The Daewoo DVD-161S has a built-in high quality 4Mb video converter so you can play any DVD or Video CD movie on any TV in the world. In other words, the players can play a PAL movie on an NTSC TV or Play an NTSC movie on a PAL TV.

No need to enter any 'Secret Codes' to turn it into a multi region player as it will work straight out of the box and play any format disc utilising it's built in Video Converter.

The Daewoo DVD-161S has automatic voltage sensing (for Worldwide Use) and has built in Dolby Digital DTS and 5.1 Surround Sound decoders. It also has full Karaoke functions with two microphone inputs.
